Training Fee Refund Policy
  • All fees paid to Institute of Corporate and Taxation (ICT) are non-refundable.
  • Once a fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies to all fees, including but not limited to, registration fees, application fees, tuition fees, and any other fees charged.
  • By making a payment to ICT, the client or customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
  • If ICT determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances.
  • It may issue a refund at its discretion. Such refund shall be subject to a processing fee , and the amount refunded.
Services Fee Refund Policy
  • All fees paid to ICT are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies to all service-related fees, including registration, application, and tuition fees.
  • Clients agree to the non-refundable policy upon making a payment to ICT.
  • In case of service unavailability, clients may receive credit for future services, not cash refunds.
  • ICT may consider refunds under exceptional circumstances, subject to a processing fee and ICT's discretion.
