Lecture Usage & Sharing Policy
- Ownership of Educational Content
All lectures, video recordings, notes, PDFs, assignments, and any other educational material provided through the LMS or official platforms are the intellectual property of Institute of Corporate and Taxation. Users are granted access for personal learning only.
- Strict Prohibition on Sharing or Distribution
Students and users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing content (videos, notes, PDFs) with any external individual or platform
- Uploading any part of the content to social media, WhatsApp, YouTube, or websites
- Sharing LMS login credentials with anyone else
- Recording or reproducing any content through screen recorders, screenshots, or third-party tools
- Disciplinary and Legal Consequences
Any violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate suspension or cancellation of LMS access or enrollment
- Forfeiture of any paid fee (no refund)
- Legal action under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), including reporting to the FIA (Federal Investigation Agency)
- The right of [Institute Name] to file claims for financial damages and content misuse
- Applicable Laws
This policy is enforceable under all applicable laws of Pakistan, including but not limited to PECA, intellectual property laws, and cybercrime regulations. The institute reserves full rights to initiate legal proceedings without further notice
- Amendments & Suggestions
Institute of Corporate and Taxation reserves the right to amend or improve this policy at any time. Students may submit written suggestions for improvements or clarifications.
